- genetic testing
- My partner was previously tested for cystic fibrosis. My partner doesn’t seem to have CF. Now we would like to have children but we wonder if (especially my partner) needs to have a genetic test done. His grandmother carries a CF gene. I have doubts because my partner was tested previously.

- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Hello, I am 50. I was recently diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (ENT and bronchial symptoms with bronchiectasis). During my first check up, mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa (10 to the power 5) was found in the bacteriological examination of sputum. Is there any treatment to consider? Is it a resistant bacterium? Am I dangerous for my entourage: babies, children, immunocompromised persons? Thank you for your response.

- about swine flu
- i have a question about the "hysteria" of swine flu .. what to do in this situation, we as parents? should we keep children (those with cystic fibrosis) home, even if in their school are not registered such cases? my child tells me that everyone around him sneeze, cough and I am afraid to leave him at school in May! also I have a question regarding the vaccination of children with cystic fibrosis .. where will they receive the vaccine? these children will have given priority considering their respiratory problems? Thanks in advance!

- Fat and liver
- My daughter is 4 years old and should take in additional fat with the food (butter, olive oil). At the moment, there is the suspicion that there is a change of the liver (outer form) and she gets tablets, which should accelerate the excretion of fat. For me this is a total contradiction, or not?
