Trampoline

Question
Following questions raised previously on the benefit of trampolines, I would like to know: at what age their use is beneficial? Thank you
Answer
Hello,
there is no real consensus on the subject.
From my point of view, the trampoline should be taken as a sport like any other. It is recommended for CF patients to practice a sport, why not the trampoline.
Indeed, in addition to their recreational use, especially for children (but also for adults), the use of trampolines improves improves the cardiovascular capacity, reduces shortness of breath and promotes the development of muscles. Thus, they help improve the quality of life of children.
Nevertheless, it does not replace physiotherapy.
