When to tell a child about having CF

Question
When should the child be informed about having CF? Is it better at a young age, when the child cannot ask many serious questions? I am afraid of the Internet. Are there stages in informing? Do I tell everything?
One thing is certain, they realise something is wrong at a very young age, even if the hospitalization is not frequent.
Answer
Dear friend, it does not really matter if you get admitted to a hospital on a regular basis. You visit frequently a CF center and your child has physiotherapy and takes enzymes and vitamins. You should not be afraid to talk about these things, but in simple way, like a bedtime story, explain to the child what it has and what it should do about it.
