Von Polen nach Deutschland mit CF

Dear experts team,

I'm 30 years old CF from Poland.

I'm going to emigrate to Germany to start a new curation. If I want to do that, I got to translate all my polish medical documentation for better view of doc to my case or maybe it is unnecessary?

Dear questioner,
this is a German website, so all questions should be asked in German.
Because the answer is short and clear, I make an exception:
all the letters and medications that are documented in Polish, should be translated into German, if not possible at least into English, as most German physicians understand English.
