US compatible nebulizer

- We are traveling in France (to visit my mother in law's family) and burned out the moter on our Pari Ultra II nebulizer even using an adapter. We are renting a nebulizer now but wondered if it would be possible to find a nebulizer that would work here but be compatible with US voltage (100-230 volts) for when we get back. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions given.

I have spoken to PARI in the UK about your question. They assure me that the eflow is completely complatible in both countries however they do say that you cannot buy an eflow directly from the internet. In the UK you can buy from the Pari company.
