- What effect, if enzymes are administered to a 2 years old child who then refuses to eat. Will he suffer from abdominal pain?

Taking exceptionally pancreatic enzyme out of a meal should not cause abdominal pain. However if this is common I would advise to give the enzymes during the meal, after taking a few bites of food.
