There is no particular risk for a child either with CF or not when visiting an aquarium. The only risk, which is relative, might be an increased risk of infection during an epidemic (eg influenza) when attending a public space.
Questions about aquarium are more often related to home aquarium. Dr. Hogart's answer, available in the ECORN central archive, remains valid: in short, the question is much debated but there is little reliable data to answer. The risk seems limited with simple and general hygiene precautions.
