Three molecules have obtained or will obtain a marketing authorization and will be marketed soon:
- Bronchitol® (dry powder of mannitol): it aims to loosen bronchial secretions and improves mucociliary clearance.
- Two Antibiotics used for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection:
- Tobramycine or Tobi Podhaler (powder)
- AZLI or Aztréonam® (solution)
