What is the best device for colistin nebulization ? E-Flow rapid or PariBoy SX ? Maybe you can suggest other nebulizers. Thanks for your response, R.

The different clinical or in-vitro studies which have demonstrated the efficacy of nebulized colistin used few nebulizers: Venturi jet-nebulizers (Ventstream, Pari LC Star, or Pari LC Plus nebulizer ...) and one ultrasonic nebulizer. There are currently insufficient data to recommend to nebulize the availbale colistin with the e-Flow rapid. It could be used with Colifin®, a colistin preparation specially designed for use in the e-Flow rapid.
