- Hello my 8y. daughter has three physitoherapy sessions per week.
I'm desperately searching for a physiotherapist who knows the clearance techniques in my neighborhood [31300 Toulouse Casselardit, France] and set a physiotherapy session at school.

The easiest and most logical would be to contact the closest specialized CF Centre, say the pediatric CF center in Toulouse [France]. Qualified by the French Ministry of Health the CF Centres are indeed able to organize multidisciplinary care and coordination of care at home or at school.
Setting up physiotherapy sessions at school has to be considered as part of an individualized ambulatory program (IAP) based on local possibilities. Do not hesitate to contact the CF Centre coordinating nurse for talking about it.
