- From what temperature on we speak about subtropical swimming pools? What is the maximum temperature ?

- Dear questioner,
There is no cut-of temperature to really define 'subtropical swimming pools”.
The warmer and wetter, the more there is the opportunity for growth of Pseudomonas and other germs like fungi.
With subtropical pools we mean the places where we stay for several hours and where we do more than just briefly recreational swimming (30 min -1 hour) as done in a ‘standard’ recreational indoor pool.
