- I have a 3-year-old boy diagnosed with CF, homozygous delta F508. Can he take Pulmozyme® and what is the dose, given that in the prospect is specified only over 5 years of age?

- Hello,
Off-label administration of drugs is recommended sometimes, in specific cases.
We recommend in specific cases, administration of those inhalative drugs, with clearly stated indication and patients approval.
We can not make any recommendations in your child's case, our advice is to discuss with yours child's doctor about the indication of treatment.
