in the expert advice Archive one can find an answer from Prof. Wagner dated 01.02.2010, that suits your question. Let me cite:
"...a helpful effect of cannabis in CF has not been proven, a possible anti-inflammatory effect of one ingredient is far away from clinical effectiveness and versatility (if this is exisisting at all)."
Today, four years later, the answer is not different. Besides the non-proven anti-inflammatory effect the thought about a positive influence of cannabis on the appetite remains purely speculative.
