Is the liver enlarged and hardened in case of CF and is hereby a poisoning underlying?

Hello,
an enlargement of the liver is frequent and has in general to be clarified further, because in case of CF one can get of course all liver diseases that one can get without CF (hepatitis, fatty liver, etc.).
