I found a job that typically involves storing and fetching documents stored in a building and I want to know if there is a risk in terms of dust and moisture possibly due to floods in june 2010?

Indeed there is a risk of dust and mould in archives "in general", but it depends on the building, ventilation of the archives room, etc. More, you talk about a flood ... You should talk first with your pulmonologist who knows your medical history, and perhaps would require the occupational physician of the company to assess the level of risk, even to approach your pulmonologist.
