Danger of the wet places

Question
Hello,

I don’t understand why the bathroom (siphons) represent a potential danger if a place such as an aquarium (to visit) is without danger while much wetter and hot.

What is the difference between both? I am lost.

Thank you for your answer
Answer
Hello,
It is always difficult to answer precisely about questions of transmission of germs from the outside environment, especially out of health care facilities.
The difference between the visit of an aquarium and the bathroom is the contact time: the visit of an aquarium is going to last 2 hours while your bathroom is frequented daily even several times daily for years.
That is why it is advised to aerate daily this room, to clean it and to disinfect it regularly, and to verify the ventilation.
It finally comes to respecting basics rules while trying not to be too obsessed with hygiene ...
Good visit
