We have learned that we are CF carriers and we now expect a child (4th months of pregnancy). Now we are extremely anxious. We live in Switzerland and it seems that the Iset test for CF is not available in Switzerland. Can you advise us how to do this test in a French hospital near Geneva? We thank you in advance for your response.

Unfortunately, since its announcement in 2012, this test is not available in routine care in France.
More generally, there is in France today no technique of non-invasive prenatal diagnosis in routine care. However, several research teams are working on this. Research and Medical departments of the french association "Vaincre La Mucoviscidose" are kept regularly informed and the association supports researchers in this field.
