Two clinical trials with QR-10, produced by Pro-QR company, are ongoing:
• a phase 1b, for CF patients carrying 2 F508del mutations (homozygeous)
• exploratory proof of concept study with patients homozygeous or heterozygeous (one copy) for F508del mutation
