Our CF son is 7 1/2 years old. I would like to know if he could go to a concert: his sister will celebrate her 10th birthday, and for this occasion we wish to offer a concert visit to our children, but we are concerned that there will be too many people, the weather and the date (January so more sick people).

I think that this family moment can come true as you desire it: your child cannot and should not live in a bubble.
If his health is excellent at the time of this show, there is not contraindication to go there.
Nevertheless, maybe you could discuss with the team of your CF center...
