Brushing your teeth

Question
Hello,
I'm going to be two years old and I'm starting to be interested in toothbrushes, but as I have CF, I wonder if it's necessary to use mineral water to wet the brush, rinse the mouth and rinse the brush? It makes a lot of mineral water in this case...
Answer
Hello young child :-)

It's very good to be interested in the hygiene of the teeth at your age : congratulations!

You could tell your parents that there are no recommendations to use mineral water for this procedure.

Nevertheless, it's just recommended to let the water run for a few seconds in the morning before use to eliminate stagnant water from your faucet.

Good learning
