I use Kefir to make a drink with gaz and rich by probiotics.
Is there a bacterial risk to do it in the the kitchen and to drink it?

I think it’s the same risk to make products in a yogurt maker.
It’ recommended to consume this product quikly and to preserve it in the refrigerator
