Tobramycin

Question
Are there any adverse effects with inhalative Tobramycin? If yes, what are they? Thank you for your help
Answer
Hello,
Inhaled tobramycin solution or dry powder can essentially give local irritative symptoms: cough, chest tightness, or bronchospasm. Changes in voice (hoarseness) are possible.
It's very important to follow the recommendations of administration given by the CF center and to ask the CF doctor all these questions.
