If physiological serum (0,9% NaCl) is used in a 500 ml flask for sinus washing, how long can it be conserved? How much per side is to use for a wash?

For an adult, the recommended amount is 250ml per nasal cavity and per wash, and twice a day. A 500ml bottle is therefore used entirely and does not need to be preserved.
