What is a good hand – cough hygiene ???
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue that you immediately throw in the waste basket. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands. Afterwards clean your hands by washing them with water and soap or by desinfecting them with alcogel.
