I would like to know if my little 5 year-old boy with cystic fibrosis may exceptionally share a room with his sister or with a friend during the holidays? Thank you in advance.

There is no contra-indication that your little boy shares his room unless his friend or his sister have a contagious disease such as seasonal flu, for example. It will then be recommendable to avoid this situation for a few days.
On the contrary, it is important that your son takes advantage of these moments of conviviality with other children: it will increase his quality of life.
