- Could you give me some news regarding a vaccine against Pseudomonas. A clinical trial was ongoing and had to end on 2015 (I read this on a posted question)

Inclusions in this phase II/III (not specific to CF) ended on july 2015.
Results published on february 2017 show a lack of efficacy of IC43 (vaccine-candidate against Pseudomonas aeruginosa) in ventilated intensive care patients (all pathology).
799 patients were randomized to receive either IC43 or a placebo. The primary endpoint was the mortality rate 28 days after injection.
The percentage of death is 29,2 on the IC43-group and 27,3 in the placebo –group.
