Indication for ERCP?

- Dear expert team,
my question: Is there an indication for ERCP, if necessary with lithotripsy?
It deals with a 10 year old Vietnamese girl, asymptomatic since autumn 2010 with condition after pancreatitis in case of pancreas divisum and pancreaticolithiasis in autum 2010, actual in the MRI atrophy of the pancreas, in former times questionably already a pancreatitis.
Suspicion of CF with a conspicous change of sequence with unclear clinical relevance (c.374T>C und 5T-Allel with 11GT Repeats/7T-Allel with 11 GT-Repeats), very mild respiratory symptoms, until now thrives well, acutally decreased pancreas elastase in the stool, sweat test several times pathologic.
