- I would like to ask if stemcells can contribute to the therapy of CF

Althouth the use of of stem cells seems very appealing, unfortunately for the time being there is no scientific procedure or approach about the use of stem cells in the treatment or therapy of CF.
This of course does not mean that a future favourable approach is not possible.
