If you touch with your hand another person who has pseudomonas, unless you have CF or some kind of immunodeficiency, you cannot get infected with pseudomonas yourself.
There aren’t any studies available for the situation you describe. Theoretically, such a situation is possible, since the droplets from the cough of a person with CF directed to another patient with CF can cover distances up to one meter. The pseudomonas lives for many hours in the droplets, so it could be carried if you touched the body surface.
As long as you wash your hands, before coming in contact with another person, there is no danger.
It would be wise to avoid contact with persons that have B. cepacia, pseudomonas or MRSA, if you have a child with CF.
