I want to know if there are researches for people carrying one F508del mutation associated with other mutations, because we heard about Vertex’s trials but they apply only people with two F508del mutations.

A clinical trial for patients heterozygous (carrying 2 different mutations) for the F508del mutation has been performed but results weren’t positive. It was a phase 2 trial with VX809 in combination with VX770.
Vertex’s trials, ongoing or to come, are, indeed, for patients homozygous for F508 del mutation.
We haven’t any information regarding clinical trials for patients heterozygous for theF508del mutation.
