- We have just fitted out a house with our 16-month-old son with cystic fibrosis. We want to plant a hedge around the garden. Do we have to avoid some types of plants or shrubs?

To my knowledge, there is no contraindication to plant any tree or shrub for children or adults with cystic fibrosis.
The only possible obstacle would be an allergy of your son to pollen or to grasses but it is not related to cystic fibrosis.
