I want to know how long can a bottle of mineral water be kept without risk?

I guess you want to know the shelf life of a water bottle after opening.
It do not exist, to my knowledge, specific recommendations for patients with cystic fibrosis.
Generally, for everybody, it is advisable to avoid bacterial growth:
- After opening, keep the water bottle in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
- Not to drink directly from the bottle neck (increases the bacterial multiplication)
