I’d like to ask you what’s the best between alkali and bleach to wash floors at home, knowing that I use bleach now.

I don’t know very well alkali but I suppose it’s ammonia.
Bleach and ammonia have different properties.
Bleach is a disinfectant (it kills bacteria, mould, spores and viruses) but it’s not a detergent.
To disinfect with bleach, the surface must first be cleaned and rinsed, if this is not the case, bleach does not disinfect even if it whitens: "We do disinfect well what is clean."
The bleach must be used cold and should not be mixed with other products (toxic risks).
The bleach is used to disinfect surfaces, floors, sinks ... once they are cleaned and rinsed.
Ammonia is a powerful useful detergent for stubborn stains but useless as a daily detergent.
This product is dangerous and must be handled with care.
I advise you to use bleach to disinfect, respecting the dosage, pre-cleaning and precautions for use.
For the well-being of your child, for a better quality of life for the whole family and still awaiting the results of future studies on this subject, it seems important today to apply at home the basic rules of hygiene, simple and without excess. A study published in 2008 demonstrates that excessive use of household chemicals can be harmful for the respiratory health of children.
