- Hello, I want to ask You what is normal level of sweat test, our daughter had 28 and they said that it is negative but it would be good to repeate it?

I think you ment concentration of chlorides in sweat. Normal concentration of sweat chlorides varies between 10 to 30 mmmol/l. If Your daughter had concentration 28 mmol/l, it was a normal concentration of sweat chlorides. It is important which reasons led to do this investigation, what problems had your daughter. It is also very important, that this test is done in a lab with enough experience with this test.
