A blood sample from each person is necessary for the examination of the mutation. Therefore, the examination can be done separately for each one of you. For more information regarding the examination procedure you can contact the Cystic Fibrosis Dept. at "Aghia Sofia" Paediatric Hospital, Athens, Greece.
