You need to give a blood sample, which will be tested in specialized laboratories in public hospitals (e.g. "Laiko" General Hospital - tel. 2107456000, "Aghia Sofia" General Hospital - tel. 21074667761) or in private diagnostic centers for a large percentage of the cystic fibrosis gene mutations.
