You need to be more specific in relation to your question. If you wish to know if Cystic Fibrosis is contagious, then the answer is no. It is a hereditaty disease with a probabiltiy of manifestation of 25% in each birth if both parents are carriers of a CF mutation. If you wish to know about pseudomonas in CF, or about crossinfection in general, you need to be more specific, in order for us to provide a valid answer.
