In principle there are computer tomographs with high resolution in major universitary centers.
As we do not know exactly where you are living, it is difficult to give a concerete answer with the facility which is the nearest to your home, but we will provide you with some addresses here: there are many centers were HRCT can be done, usually in private medical centers.
